Overview
A look at Plone, a powerful enterprise content management system used to create intranets and public sites everywhere from cia.gov to 131500.com.au.
We'll look into why it's unique architecture makes it one of the most secure CMS systems available as well as makes for a simple UX.
This talk will cover creating a simple Plone site and how a vendor neutral open source project like Plone delivers quality software.
Bio
Dylan Jay is Technical Director at PretaWeb since 2004 and is responsible for managing the development and support of Plone sites within key PretaWeb partners such as the NSW Government, Victorian Government and CSIRO.
