We've now released Plone 4.1.3 on BastionLinux.
Plone 4.1.4 is a maintenance release. The full release notes are at http://plone.org/products/plone/releases/4.1.4 We really appreciate the efforts of Eric Steele and the Plone 4 release team for their work in maintaining the KGS and corralling the community.
